The Q300 chess team had their Fall home tournament with a record attendance of 140 participants including 50 from Q300. Congratulations to Landon Koh, a Q300 2nd grader, tied for first in the Open section, beating a number of strong kids and adults. Also, the Q300 chess team will take part in the online nationals “The US Chess K-12 Showdown” and will compete for both individual and team prizes! At present, we have full teams represented in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th grades and mini teams in 5th and 7th grades!
