Community Food Advocates (https://www.communityfoodadvocatesnyc.org), a non-profit organization for equity-centered, high-impact public policy to provide affordable, culturally appropriate foods, shared information about the survey conducted by the New York City Department of Education, Office of Food and Nutrition Services (OFNS).
The survey will inform the OFNS strategic planning plan that determine what the office should focus on for the next 3-5 years. The survey is anonymous and asks questions about school meals in NYC.

The survey is being administered by Commonality, a consulting firm helping with the planning process. The survey is optional and will close on December 10th, 2021.
