Athens Square Three Committee, formed by the local business owners and donations by the Astoria community, is planning a second Athens Square Park Tree Lighting at 6:00pm on Thursday, December 1, 2022.

Parade will start at 6:00pm. The holiday parade will begin at 49th St. and 30th Ave. and proceed southwest along 30th Ave. to 50th St. (Athens Square Park). Tree lighting will begin at 7:00pm (in Athens Square Park).
