Calling all Q300 parents and community members. Get ready to embark on an exciting cultural and community-building journey with us at Q300’s much-anticipated Annual Winterfest, International Potluck, and Summer Camp Auction on Saturday, February 1, 2025.
Why Volunteer?
Volunteering at our Winterfest not only helps in bringing our community together but also ensures a successful and enjoyable experience for all participants. It’s a wonderful opportunity to:
- Meet and mingle with other members of the Q300 community
- Showcase and celebrate the diverse cultures within our school through the International Potluck
- Support the PTA in our mission to enrich every student’s experience through resources funded by our annual Summer Camp Auction
Event Highlights
- Multicultural Showcase: In partnership with our PTA’s Winterfest on February 1st, Q300 will be holding a multicultural showcase. Students can choose to perform a music, dance, or theatrical piece which represents their culture(s).
- International Potluck: We’re inviting everyone to bring a culturally-inspired dish to share, letting you savor flavors from all over the world. It’s a delicious way to explore the diverse backgrounds of our community!
- Craft Tables and Activities: Kids will delight in creative crafts and activities that celebrate various cultural heritages, promising fun and educational experiences.
- Summer Camp Auction: Bid on fantastic summer camp prizes and other exclusive items. All proceeds go towards enhancing the educational experiences and resources available to our students.
