Please come join us for a fun-filled day at the carnival on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the Q300 Upper Division Yard. Our Carnival fundraiser will have inflatables, water games, food trucks, carnival performances, and so much more. Come learn about after school programs our families partner with, and view demonstrations from some of our vendors! (Did someone say making ice cream and bike in the same sentence??!!)
We also invite you to participate in our raffles, silent auction, and baking contest! Baking Contest winner will be awarded a $25 Amazon gift card.

Carnival information
- Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025 (with a June 15th as a rain date)
- Time:
- 12:00-2:00pm (Q300 families)
- 2:00-4:00pm (open to our guests from PS17 and IS126)
- Location: Q300 Upper Division (31-51 21st St, Queens, NY 11106). The carnival entrance is at gates on 31st Drive.
- Price: $20/ticket (Children 4 years old and under have free entry)

Calling All Q300 Volunteers
We need your help. We can’t get this done without you. Do you have folding tables, tents, chairs, coolers, etc. we can borrow for the Carnival? Do you want to lend a hand at the Carnival with helping to run a concession stand, sell Q300 merchandise, or help oversee other Carnival activities? Raffle and Silent Auction
We are also currently soliciting donations of new items to be raffled off or added to our silent-auction that will occur at the Carnival. Items need to be received by Monday, June 9, 2025.
If you have items to donate, please contact Evon at evadivon@hotmail.com. For LD, items can be drop-off to Jenny Lando and labeled “To Jenny: Attn: Evon / Carnival Donations.” For UD, items can be drop-off to Pam at our UD main office and labeled “To Pam: Attn: Evon / Carnival Donations.”

As a Pre-Event to our Carnival, please keep a lookout for an email updating you about our online auction, which launches the first week of June! We’ve got prizes from The Noguchi Museum, New Victory Theater, Code Ninja, and more!
Carnival baking contest
Calling all bakers! Show off your baking skills! Bake carnival-themed desserts for the Baking Contest. Entries will be judged on presentation and taste. Must be pre-cut or prepared in individual servings. Bring your entry to the Upper Division cafeteria by 3:00pm.
