Carnival
Join us for a fun-filled day at the CARNIVAL on Saturday, Sept 13th at the Upper Division Yard! (Rain date Sun, Sept 14).
We will have inflatables, face painting, food trucks, carnival performances, and so much more! Come learn about after school programs, and view demonstrations from some of our vendors in the neighborhood! We also invite you to participate in our raffles and baking contest! Baking Contest winner will be awarded a $25 Amazon gift card!
Registration
Registration is now open. Tickets will be available at the gates (for $23), but we suggest purchasing your tickets now ($20 per ticket online). Once capacity is reached, tickets will no longer be sold!
Note: Tickets are sold online via Zeffy (https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/q300-fall-carnival). Zeffy collects an optional processing fee in order to maintain free availability to all its users. If you do not want to pay this fee…under “Order Summary”, you can choose “Other” and enter “0”.

Carnival information
- Date: Saturday, September 13, 2025 (with a September 14th as a rain date)
- Time: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
- Location: Q300 Upper Division (31-51 21st St, Queens, NY 11106). The carnival entrance is at gates on 31st Drive.
- Price: $23/ticket at the gate | $20/ticket online (Children 4 years old and under have free entry)
- Q300 families can email Ms. Rachel (rachel@Q300.org) for the Hardship Fund)
- For those who have already purchased tickets in June and have not requested a refund, your tickets are still valid. You will receive a separate email reminding of your pre-purchased carnival tickets. If you have any questions, please email fundraising@q300pta.org.
Call for Volunteers
We need your help! We can’t get this done without you. Do you have shade tents, folding tables, folding chairs, large coolers, or outdoor extension cords that we can borrow for the Carnival? Carnival Baking Contest
Calling all bakers! Show off your baking skills. Bake carnival-themed desserts for the Baking Contest. Entries will be judged on presentation and taste. Must be pre-cut or prepared in individual servings. Bring your dessert and entry form to the Upper Division cafeteria by 2:00pm. Winner receives an Amazon gift card!
