The Q300 PTA invites you to the Fall Costume Party on Saturday, October 25, 2025 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm at the Upper Division building (31-51 21st St, Queens, NY 11106). All Q300 families are invited to attend. Admission is $5 per person, and includes access to our live DJ dance party, games and activities. All proceeds to benefit the Q300 PTA. Due to capacity limitations this event is only open to Q300 students, their parents/guardians and siblings.

What to Expect:
We are hoping this event is frightfully fantastic!
There will be:
- a live DJ (our very own Mr Jose) to get the party started
- an assortment of Fall themed table games, for small prizes
- an assortment of fall arts and crafts
There will be NO FOOD at this event.
We will be participating in The Teal Pumpkin Project an initiative of Food Allergy Research and Education (FARE). The Teal Pumpkin Project promotes safety, inclusion and respect of individuals managing food allergies. This worldwide movement offers an alternative for kids with food allergies, as well as other children for whom candy is not an option. It keeps trick or treating a fun, positive experience for all! We ask that families refrain from bringing food items into the event. All treats and prizes at the event will be non-food trinkets and treats.
Beverages will be available for purchase $1 each.
An assortment of potions and creepy concoctions (non-alcoholic beverages) will be available for purchase for $1 each from our wizards, warlocks, and witches if you dare…
Teacher Experience Raffle
Support the Q300 PTA through the Teacher Experience Raffle. Students win special experiences as a teacher or a staff member (e.g., a Spanish teacher for a day, a movie with a teacher, a lunch with the principal etc.). Join the raffle at https://auctria.events/Teacherexperienceraffle2025. The deadline for the raffles is Saturday, October 25, 2025 (on the day of the costume party). Winners will be announced online and in-person during the costume party event on Saturday, October 25, 2025. Winners do NOT have to be present at the event to win.
8th Grade Fundraiser:
Our 8th Graders will be providing printouts of photobooth photos for a suggested donation of $4 per photo. This is a student-run fundraiser to benefit the graduating class and assist with graduation related fees.
4th Grade Fundraiser:
Many of our 4th Graders have been hard at work making items to sell! Come by the table to see what fun items you can purchase.
Boo-tique:
Our Boo-tique will feature several fun items for your little goblins. Tickets will be $1 each or $10 for 12 tickets.
- Temporary Tattoos (2 tattoos for 1 ticket)
- Face Gems and Glitter Freckles (2 tickets each)
Haunted House:
There will be a kid friendly “spooky” haunted house for 2 tickets. Enter if you dare!
Restrooms:
While there are 2 restrooms on the first floor for children, please note we will only have access to ONE restroom for adults.
