- Enrichment Committee
It is the time of year when we begin to shape our enrichments recommendations to Q300’s school administration and identify what we will fund in next year’s PTA budget. The first step is our annual Enrichments Survey for families and UD students. We need your help! If you’re interested in assisting with this project, please contact enrichment@q300pta.org. - One School Committee
We are seeking volunteers to help advocate for One School for Q300. If you are interested in supporting this long term goal of having both our Upper and Lower Division campuses united in one building, please email oneschool@q300pta.org. We need help reaching out to elected officials, putting together presentations, and organizing our school community to advocate for a space for our school. - Audit Committee
The PTA is seeking volunteers for the Audit Committee to conduct the standard periodic audit of the PTA’s finances. Parents with some understanding of financial documents, budgets, and balance sheets would be appreciated, to prepare a written findings report. The Audit Committee will examine relevant financial statements and records of disbursements, verify PTA equipment, and ensure compliance with bylaw provisions for the transaction of funds.
