We can’t do our usual in-person coat drive collection at school this year, but there are other ways to help our community this winter!
Two ways to help out
- 2020 Queens Boroughwide Winter Coat Drive
- Donate clean, new or gently worn coats to the 2020 Queens Boroughwide Winter Coat Drive.
- Convenient drop-off sites all across the borough (Woodside, Flushing, Hollis, South Ozone Park, Jamaica, Queens Borough Hall)

- Deadline: Sunday, November 15, 2020
- Astoria Mutual Aid Network & The People’s Bodega
- Donate via the Astoria Mutual Aid Network & The People’s Bodega, especially:
- Coats, new or gently used (all ages/sizes)
- New, unopened underwear and/or socks (all ages/sizes)
- Men’s jeans
- Hangers, tote bags, wardrobe racks, bins w/lids
- Drop-off sites include:
- River Crest (33-15 Ditmars Blvd): Tues-Sun, 3-11pm
- Veronica’s Bar (34-04 36th Ave): Tues-Sun, 2-11pm
- The Astoria Food Pantry (28-14 Steinway St) Sun 10am-2pm & Thurs 6-8pm
