Q300 PTA are organizing a holiday season food drive for the local community in collaboration with PS17 and PS234. All donations will benefit families in PS17, PS234, and Q300 as well as the local community members.
There are two ways to contribute to the Food Drive, which takes place from Thursday, January 6, 2022 to Friday, January 22, 2021. Suggested donation items include peanut butter, canned goods (soup, vegetables, fruit), dry pasta, rice, and cereal.
- In person: The collection takes place at the main entrance of PS17/Q300 LD and PS234 (between 9am-2pm on weekdays).
- You can also contribute grocery gift cards by sending them to ps17qpta

Due to the closure of the school campuses, the PS17/PS234/Q300 Holiday Season Food Drive 2020 was moved to Thursday, January 6, 2022 until Friday, January 22, 2021.

The collection table at PS17/Q300 has been canceled due to the school closure, but PS234 is still collecting your contribution for the food drive.
The three schools are postponing the food drive until January when the building reopens. Thank you for your support!
