The Q300 Winter Fest International Potluck will take place on Friday, February 3rd at 5:30 pm at the Lower Division Campus. This is a lovely school-wide event where everyone brings dishes from all over the world. Each grade organizes a cultural craft/activity table, and we raffle off some great prizes.
Admission and food at the event will be FREE to Q300 students, their families, teachers and staff, but pre-registration will be required as capacity is limited. This event is a Q300 tradition and one you won’t want to miss!

What is International Potluck and Festival (a.k.a., Winterfest)?
This is a lovely community event where everyone brings dishes from all over the world! We also hope to have cultural craft tables organized by each grade, activities, and raffle off some great prizes, all while enjoying a diverse array of great foods. There will be a few booths and activities that may require a small fee to help raise funds for grade-band graduation and moving up ceremonies.
Admission and food at the event will be FREE to Q300 students, their families, teachers and staff, but pre-registration will be required, as capacity is limited. Registration details will go out soon. As a reminder, all adults will need to show proof of vaccination to enter the building.
Call for online auction items
We’re launching an online auction at Winterfest that will feature summer camp prizes. We are soliciting donations from summer camps such as gift certificates or discount coupons. This will be a great publicity opportunity for the camps. Please reach out to summer camps that you know and ask them to participate in our auction. It’s especially helpful to have a parent reach out to a camp their child has gone to in the past or will go to in the future.

WinterFest Auction 2023
We are excited to announce that our WinterFest Auction is back and will go live on Friday, Feb 3, 2023. The WinterFest Auction features a list of summer camp and experience prizes.
