Three parent positions are open on the SLT (1 one-year term, and 2 two year terms). The SLT, composed of parents, teachers, and staff, takes part in school-decision making and helps to shape school culture. Due to the school building closure this past spring, the PTA and SLT elections were delayed and the term of certain PTA board members were extended into the fall. We are awaiting NYC Department of Education guidance on election procedures and will hold elections based on such guidance.
