The Q300 PTA is organizing our annual gift card sales event, which will run from Monday, November 20, 2023, to Tuesday, November 28, 2023. You can support the Q300 PTA by purchasing gift cards from over 70 major retailers, as the Q300 PTA will receive a percentage of the face value of each card.
The payment deadline is Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Please note that any payment received after this date will be returned to you.
Buy gift cards from 70+ businesses on this order form, and the Q300 PTA will receive a donation from the gift card distribution company. The retailers that are marked with “$$$” provide the largest kickback to the PTA. For example, for every $100 gift card for Lands’ End, The Q300 PTA earns $16. Gap/Old Navy/Banana Republic is another great one at $14 for every $100 gift card you order.
Note: If you bundle orders onto your order form from friends, family or coworkers, you will be responsible for tracking the orders, payments and distribution for your group, since we will be sending the group’s gift cards to you.
- Orders due by Tuesday, November 28, 2023. Payments received after the deadline will be returned to you.
- Gift cards will be delivered home the week of December 11th, with your student, unless you make special arrangements by emailing fundraising@q300pta.org.
You can order your gift cards in one of the following ways. No credit card/PayPal payment is accepted to avoid processing fees.
- Preferred method: Fill out the online form below, and place an order for your gift cards. After completing the online order, you will receive an invoice. Pay the invoice by check or in cash.
or - Print out this form or this form and include it in your payment envelope. Ensure that your payment reaches us by the deadline.
If you are bundling card orders for others (family, friends, coworkers) be sure to include all their checks and keep copies of their order forms so you know which cards to give them when you distribute them to your family, friends and coworkers.
- Send your payment by cash or check (payable to “Q300 Parent Teacher Association”, with “Gift Card” written in the memo line)
- Place your cash or check in a sealed envelope and send it to your child’s teacher. Also write the online order # (the three digit number at the top left of the invoice) on your check. Please label the envelope as “Q300 PTA Gift Cards” and include your child’s name and class.
