Q300 10th Anniversary Carnival (6/1/2024)

  • The deadline for early-bird registration has been extended to 10:00am on Sunday, May 19, 2024.
  • Registration was closed on Friday, May 31, 2024. No ticket is available on the day of the event.


Mark your calendars for a day of fun and celebration! Q300 PTA is throwing a carnival to commemorate the 10th Anniversary of Q300 on Saturday, June 1, 2024. The carnival will run from 1-5pm at the school’s Upper Division campus.

EARLY BIRD – Save $2 per ticket by May 17th! Tickets are $12 for adults and $15 for kids (children under 5 years old are free). Your ticket grants you access to a world of inflatable attractions, games, and entertainment for an unforgettable afternoon. Note that tickets will NOT be sold at the door. All tickets must be purchased prior to the event.

  • Place: Q300 Upper Division (31-51 21st St, Queens, NY 11106)
  • Price: $12 for adults and $15 for kids (Children under 5 years old are free) ($10 for adults and $13 for kids up to 5/17/2024). If you request financial support to attend, please email Rachel at rachel@q300.org.

Besides the carnival fun, Q300 PTA also welcomes contributions to its Spring Auction and Sponsorships, which will aid in fundraising for the school. Donations for raffles and silent auctions are being accepted until Monday, May 20, 2024. The Online Auction will run from Tuesday, June 4, 2024 until 10:00pm on Saturday, June 15, 2024. Check the attached files for detailed information on how to contribute and make this event a success.

Program

  • Importnat notes
    • Entrance will be at the 31st Drive Gate (by the food trucks)
    • Food Vendors will take their own payment. Other PTA purchases, will be done only at Ticket Booth or Merchandise Store table.
  • Ticket Booth (Cash and Venmo accepted). You will need vouchers for:
  • $2 Concessions (popcorn, cotton candy, drinks, juice boxes), Sand Art, Facepainting or Glitter Tattoos
  • $1 Dunk Tank, Photo Booth print
  • Ongoing activities: Inflatables, Carnival Games, Ornament Craft, Temp Tattoo Station
  • Food trucks: The following food trucks and vendors are available on site: Franky’s Soulvaki, Mom’s Momo, Doughboyz (pizza), King of Queens Soul Food, Kung Fu Tea, Sonia’s Sweets, Ralph’s Famous Ices (Food Vendors will take their own payment)
  • Vendor Tables: Afterschool Partners Global Kids & Serious Fun will be there ready for any questions about fall semester.
  • Meet the Elected Officials: Council Member Tiffany Caban, CEC President Whitney Toussaint, Assembly Member Jessica Gonzalez-Rojas. They will be participating in T-shirt Giveaway at 1:45pm
  • 10th Anniversary Store is selling Q300 limited edition items. Cash or Venmo accepted.
    • Adult T-shirts: $25
    • Youth T-shirts: $20
    • Water bottles: $18
    • Tote bags: $15
    • Stickers: $1
  • Dunk Tank: $1 for 3 tries (Purchase voucher at Ticket Booth)
  • Carnival Baking Contest @ UD Cafeteria: If you are participating, please drop off your nut-free dessert to the cafeteria by the huge cake (left after the doors). If you didn’t fill out the form of ingredients, fill one out one in the cafeteria.
  • Raffles/Silent Auction: $5 one ticket, or $20 for five tickets for items and teacher experiences
  • Photo Booth: Take pics with fun props! (Purchase $1 voucher at ticket booth for printout)
